Dakota is from Long Valley, NJ. Before joining the Jones lab and moving to New York City, she lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and worked at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia sitting with kids with complex care needs, as a data coordinator for the office of the OR, and in an administrative role for both the nursing operations department and the COVID19 contact tracing center. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Services and Administration from Drexel University, with minors in Public Health and Business Administration. She aspires to earn her Masters of Public Health one day.
